The 25th China International Die & Mould Technology and Equipment Exhibition (DMC2026) will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai Hongqiao) from July 1 to 4.
Shanghai ESU Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as ESU 3D Printing) will showcase five core offerings at Booth 3E17, Hall 3H: metal 3D printing equipment, metal powders, printed application cases, cold runners and hot runners.

At present, the mold industry is in urgent need of quality improvement, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. Metal 3D printing technologies including conformal cooling and breathable steel processes have become pivotal for industrial transformation and upgrading. Since 2018, ESU 3D Printing has focused intensively on mold 3D printing and built a full closed-loop 3D printing system. We not only deliver mold 3D printing services to clients, but also support customers in establishing and operating their own in-house 3D printing divisions.
The self-developed E3-420 metal 3D printer on display this time serves as the flagship model of the third-generation E3 series. It features a maximum build dimension of 400*400*420 mm, suitable for mass mold production and trial manufacturing of precision small parts. Boasting high forming precision and stable operation, it enables integrated forming of intricate special-shaped structures, breaking structural limitations of conventional turning and milling processes. It greatly shortens mold manufacturing cycles and boosts production yield and efficiency.
Matched with our self-developed metal 3D printing powder portfolio (patented in China and Europe via invention patents), such as EM201 high thermal conductivity martensitic stainless steel powder and EM400 high-polish mold steel powder, our proprietary printers ensure printed parts deliver high density, outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and polishing performance, meeting stringent operating requirements for molds.

In addition, ESU 3D Printing has prepared a variety of real-scene printed application cases, including mold cores, special-shaped heat dissipation structures and precision mechanical parts, to intuitively demonstrate process strengths such as conformal cooling channels, customized breathable steel and hollow lightweight designs.
The exhibition highlights the ESU-CRB cold runner system manufactured via one-step 3D printing forming. Leveraging additive manufacturing technology, it realizes conformal cooling channels wrapping around the material flow path, which guarantees uniform and stable runner temperature and prevents premature vulcanization of rubber compound.
Compared with conventional runners, it retains unvulcanized rubber inside the cold runner during demolding of rubber products. The retained material can be directly injected into the mold cavity in the next molding cycle, achieving zero waste of runner rubber. It is widely applicable to rubber component production for new energy vehicles, medical care, consumer electronics, smart home appliances, industrial seals and other sectors.

ESU 3D Printing offers diversified cooperation models: complete machine sales, bulk supply of metal powders, print-on-demand OEM service based on customer drawings, customized cold and hot runners, and full-set MPS integrated solutions.
During the exhibition, senior engineers will provide one-on-one consultations to resolve production pain points, with free calculation of transformation costs and profit returns. On-site registration and reservation entitle clients to priority sample printing arrangements.

Amid fierce competition within the mold industry, 3D printed mold inserts, cold runners and hot runners help enterprises build distinctive competitive edges. Backed by mass-production-proven cases and a stable supply chain, ESU 3D Printing delivers cost-effective additive manufacturing solutions for manufacturers of all sizes.
