On February 28, 2026, the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Ceremony of Shanghai ESU Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ESU Laser") was grandly held at the company headquarters.Under the theme "All Mobilized, Strategies Implemented", the ceremony reviewed the past year’s achievements, recognized outstanding individuals and teams, and fully outlined the strategic development plan for 2026.All employees gathered together to draw a new blueprint for the company’s growth.

Strategic Leadership, Clear Direction

At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Zhang Zhanbo, Chairman and CEO of the company, delivered a keynote speech entitled "All Mobilized, Strategies Implemented". He deeply analyzed the opportunities and challenges in the metal 3D printing industry, pointing out that ESU Laser has built a full industrial chain ecological closed loop covering materials, equipment, processes, software and application services.

For 2026, Chairman Zhang clearly stated that the company will fully advance its three core businesses: 3D printing equipment, printing services, and hot runner systems, emphasizing that the growth of the printing equipment business is the key to the success of the strategy. To ensure effective strategy implementation, he called on all employees to unify their thinking and translate grand goals into concrete actions; to deeply identify with the corporate culture, strictly abide by the code of conduct, pursue excellence in their respective positions, and promote the company’s high-quality development with a down-to-earth work spirit.

Subsequently, Mr. Wang Lijun, Director and COO, delivered a detailed work report. Dr. Huang Xiaokang, General Manager of the Equipment Division and Chief Scientist, gave a special report on technology development trends.

Mr. Li Jialong, Chairman of the Labor Union, reported on the union’s work: in 2025, the coverage rate of employee birthday care and festival benefits reached 100%; 10 employees on sick leave and in difficulty received support and assistance; and various cultural and recreational activities were organized, demonstrating the labor union’s efforts in caring for employees and enhancing cohesion. Chairman Li stated that the Labor Union, entrusted by all employees, earnestly performs its review duties and strictly standardizes the filing process. When handling employee violations, the Labor Union will take the initiative to participate and supervise the whole process to ensure fairness and impartiality, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
